Leicester City were founded in 1884 as Leicester Fosse, adopting their current name in 1919. The O'Neill era brought Emile Heskey, Muzzy Izzet, Matt Elliott, and Steve Claridge – players who delivered League Cup glory and earned cult status among supporters.
